My workout didn't show up

FIX2 MINCHECKED OCT 14

Most missing workouts are still on their way. Endure gets your workouts from the app you connected, not straight from your watch, so a ride shows up here only after it has reached Garmin Connect or intervals.icu. If it's been a while, these four checks find almost everything else.

Check these, in order

  1. Is it in the connected app? Open Garmin Connect or intervals.icu. If the workout isn't there yet, your watch hasn't finished uploading it, and Endure has nothing to pick up.
  2. Is the connection still working? Open Settings > Integrations and look at the card. Reconnect required means the app stopped sharing with Endure; press Reconnect. Sync failed often clears on the next try, so check back in a little while.
  3. Is it on a different day? A workout lands on the date you did it, in your local time. A late ride while you're traveling can end up on the day before or after, so check the neighboring days in Calendar.
  4. Did you just connect? The first import brings in your recent history. Let it finish before you upload anything by hand.

Why this happens

When a connected app pauses sharing, nothing on its side tells you. The gap only shows up here, as a missing workout the morning after.

Still stuck
