Terms of Service

1. The Service

Endure Labs ("Endure," "we," "us") provides a training readiness platform for endurance athletes, available as a web application at endurelabs.app. The platform collects and analyzes workout data, physiological metrics, and subjective wellness inputs to help athletes make training decisions.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You must not share your account or API keys with others, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Subscription and Billing

Endure offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Eligible new subscribers can start a 7-day free trial by adding a card and confirming a plan in Stripe Checkout. The trial starts when you confirm. Stripe shows the first charge date and amount before confirmation. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan starts billing automatically after the trial. Existing trials keep the terms and end dates already shown in your account. Existing no-card trials do not charge automatically.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid a subscription charge; trial access continues until the trial end date. After a paid period begins, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, unless that payment is refunded as described below.

Refunds. The 7-day refund window starts with each payment and is separate from the free trial. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, or within 7 days of a renewal payment, we refund that payment in full. Request it from the billing section of your account settings or by emailing support@endurelabs.app. A refunded payment ends the paid access it covered. After 7 days, payments are not refundable, including for partial billing periods: you keep paid access until the end of the period you paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes apply at your next billing cycle after the notice period. The iPhone app is free and does not sell in-app purchases; paid plans are sold only on the website (Guideline 3.1.3(b)).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Use the API in a way that degrades service quality for other users, including exceeding documented rate limits
• Resell access to the platform without a written agreement from Endure Labs

5. Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of the workout data, health metrics, or any other content you submit to Endure. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.

You can export your data at any time from account settings. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed after a 24-hour grace period as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Coaching Relationships

When an athlete connects with a coach on Endure, the coach can see and manage that athlete's training data, as described in our Privacy Policy. If the coach works within an organization on Endure, that organization's owners and admins have the same access. The athlete can end this access at any time by disconnecting the coach in Settings.

If you use Endure as a coach, you are responsible for obtaining each athlete's permission before you add them to Endure or access, import, or upload their data, including data you bring from another training platform. You are also responsible for using athlete data only to coach that athlete, and for complying with the privacy and data protection laws that apply to you and to your athletes. When an athlete disconnects from you or asks you to stop, you must stop using their data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Endure platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by Endure Labs. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond what is necessary to use the service.

8. Disclaimers

Endure is a training tool, not a medical device. The readiness scores, training load metrics, and recommendations provided by the platform are informational and should not be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health or training.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endure Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice when practicable. On termination, your right to use the service ends, but the data export and deletion provisions in Section 5 still apply.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
