I can't sign in
Go to endurelabs.app/sign-in and use the same way you signed up: Continue with Google, or your email address and the code Endure emails you.
Check these, in order
- Use the same email address. With Google, check the address at the top of the account picker; a different one opens a new, empty account.
- Check the code email. Look in spam and promotions. If it hasn't arrived, wait a minute, then use the newest code; older codes expire.
- See “Couldn't find your account”? That address has no Endure account. Try your other email or Continue with Google. Don't sign up again; that starts an empty account.
- Still can't get in? Message support from this page and include the email address you think you used.
