Cancel or restart Endure

Steps

1. Open Settings > Subscription.
2. Choose Manage billing and complete the cancellation steps.
3. Check the cancellation date on your subscription card. Endure confirms that access continues through that date.
4. To keep the subscription active before that date, choose the option to reactivate it in the same billing area.

Good to know

Cancellation stops a future renewal; it doesn't automatically refund a payment already taken. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment or a renewal payment, Endure's policy provides a full refund of that payment. Request your refund. A person checks the payment and cancellation dates before issuing it.

A refund ends the paid access that payment covered. After 7 days, payments are not refundable, including partial billing periods. You keep the paid access you've purchased until its end date, then move to the free plan.
