Manage your access, payments, and account details.

  I can't sign in

  Use the same email address and sign-in method you used to create your Endure account.

• FIX
  I was charged and I'm not sure why

  Check your selected plan, trial end, and renewal date before requesting a refund.

• Cancel or restart Endure

  Cancelling stops the next renewal, and paid access continues through the date shown in Settings.

• Delete your account

  Account deletion permanently removes your data, cancels your subscription, and signs you out.

• Export your data

  The full-account download is emailed as well as offered on screen, and its link lasts 24 hours.

• Request a refund

  Cancel within 7 days of your first payment or a renewal to receive a full refund of that payment.

• Plans and the free trial

  New athlete trials last seven days after adding a card; existing trials keep their promised dates and terms.
