What TSS means for your training
Training Stress Score, or TSS, gives a workout a load number so you can compare harder and easier sessions over time.
How it works
Endure shows the TSS for a completed workout and uses training history to show how your load changes. A longer or harder workout usually adds more load than an easy short session.
What it means for you
Compare your workouts with your own recent training, not someone else's score. A single TSS number doesn't say whether you're ready to train today; open Today for the current call and check the workout details in Calendar.
