I was charged and I'm not sure why
Endure charges $24 a month or $199 a year on the date your plan starts or renews. New seven-day trials require a card and begin billing after the trial unless you cancel. Existing no-card trials keep their original dates and never charge automatically.
Check these, in order
- Check the plan. Open Settings > Subscription and note whether you're on a trial or paid plan.
- Check the billing date. Compare the payment date with the paid-period start or renewal date shown on the subscription.
- Check who pays. If a coach sponsors your seat, ask which account owns the subscription before changing billing.
- Check the refund policy. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment or a renewal payment, Endure refunds that payment in full. Cancel the renewal, then request a refund. A person checks the payment and cancellation dates. A refund ends the paid access that payment covered.
Why this happens
Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't reverse a payment already taken. The 7-day refund window starts on the date of the first payment or a renewal. After 7 days, payments are not refundable, including partial billing periods; cancellation preserves access through the period you paid for. See the subscription and billing policy.
