Season Plans That Keep Up With You
Rebuilding your season now keeps the races you already saved, fits smaller races in before a late main race, and updates your weekly training targets and end date to match. If your season is already under way, the new plan starts from this week instead of the beginning. David now talks through the fitness you're aiming to carry into race day, and race types we don't plan for yet no longer stop you from previewing a season.

Cleaner Ride History Across Your Connected Apps
When the same ride arrives from more than one connected app, Endure keeps one copy and moves everything onto it, so nothing you logged gets lost. Your own upload wins over a copy from TrainingPeaks, maps are never wiped by a temporary connection problem, and your privacy zones still hide the start and end of any route you upload. If a sync runs into trouble, you now see a plain sentence saying what happened.
- New Feature
Today Explains Where You Stand
The Today page now opens with a short status for the day, based on how your body has been trending, the training you've done, and the lifestyle notes you've logged. Each point links back to what it came from. You can reply right there, choose how to handle today's workout, and Endure checks the next morning how that choice worked out. The morning check-in also shows last night's sleep, heart rate variability (HRV), and resting heart rate, and asks your watch again if nothing has arrived yet.
- New Feature
Workouts Sent to intervals.icu, and Better Coach Tools
Planned workouts can now go straight to intervals.icu, so they show up on your watch or bike computer. You can bring in a TrainingPeaks calendar export from the calendar's Import button, and plans from TrainingPeaks now appear on your calendar. Coaches get full access once an athlete connects with them, and the coach workout library puts the workouts you use most at the top, with targets set as a percent of threshold power.
- New Feature
Readiness You Can Question
If a number going into your readiness score looks wrong, you can now reject it and the score updates without it. New readiness preferences in Settings let you choose what counts. Endure also tells you when it's still waiting on your watch versus when a device isn't connected, and shows a clear line when you've been short on sleep for several nights.
- New Feature
Close Out Your Day, Keep Your Streak
Each day now follows four steps: check in, train, reflect, and close out. Closing out gives you a quick recap of today and a look at tomorrow. Your journal keeps one entry per day. Streaks now come with shields that cover a missed day, plus a way to earn one back. David's suggestions and reminders collect in a single Updates panel, and Settings lets you choose which ones you get.

A Calmer Look and Clearer Progress Charts
Endure has a new, lighter color palette that is easier on the eyes. Progress charts were rebuilt so you can compare your fitness, fatigue, and form over time on the same scale.

Your Daily Numbers, On the Calendar
Your weight, sleep, heart rate, and other daily numbers now show up right on your calendar. You can log them from any day, choose which ones you see, and tap any number to ask David what it means for your training.

A Sturdier David: Reliable Actions and Chat
When David changes something for you — a workout, a setting, a plan — the change now sticks everywhere, can be undone safely, and stays in your history. Chat also got sturdier: you can interrupt David mid-answer, keep typing while he responds, search old conversations, talk instead of type, and share a conversation when you want another set of eyes on it.
- New Feature
One Place for Your Wellness Data
Behind the scenes, every wellness number — weight, sleep, resting heart rate, how you feel — now flows into one place, and you can see where each came from. When two devices disagree, we combine them honestly instead of guessing, and your readiness picture gets more trustworthy because of it.
- Security
Tighter Data Access Rules
We tightened the rules that control who can see which data, so every piece of your information is visible only to you and the people you have explicitly connected with.
- New Feature
Race-Weight Goals, Done Right
You can now chase watts-per-kilogram the right way: as a performance goal with guardrails, not a crash diet. We removed the goal options that pushed pure weight loss, and David talks about body weight in terms of performance and health.
- Bug Fix
Cleaner Nutrition Logging and Workout Editing
Logging a meal now stays focused on food, and editing a planned workout opens the clearer workout builder with repeated intervals grouped together.

Trust Layer Foundation
We started a major push to make ENDURE more reliable. Behind the scenes, we're adding hundreds of tests and safety nets so your data is always accurate and your experience is always smooth.

Sync Status Indicators
You can now see at a glance whether your Strava, Garmin, and other devices are syncing properly. A small badge in the top bar shows green when everything is connected and warns you if something needs attention.
- New Feature
Workout Folder Management
You can now organize workouts into folders, drag workouts between them, and share folders with training partners or your coach.

Activity Analysis Deep Dive
When you click on any workout, you now get a detailed breakdown showing your power, heart rate, and cadence over time. You can see exactly how hard you worked in each zone and review lap-by-lap performance.
