Activity Analysis
Deep dive into individual activities: power curves, zone distribution, laps, and metrics.
The Analysis page (/analysis) provides deep workout analysis tools separate from the activity detail page.
Archetype Detection
Upload or select any activity and ENDURE will classify it into one of the training archetypes (VO2max, Threshold, G-Spot, Force, Endurance, Recovery, Race, Test) with a confidence score. The system analyzes your power distribution, time in zones, and interval patterns to determine the workout's character.
Power Curves
View your power duration curve across a 90-day activity window. Compare power outputs across different activities to track improvement at specific durations (5-second sprint, 1-minute anaerobic, 5-minute VO2max, 20-minute threshold, 60-minute endurance).
Workout Comparison
Select multiple activities side-by-side to compare metrics, power curves, and zone distributions. Useful for tracking progression on repeated workouts (e.g., comparing this month's 2x20 threshold session vs. last month's).
Activity Selector
A sidebar lets you browse and filter your recent activities (90-day window) by sport type, workout type, and date range. Click any activity to load it into the analysis view.
