The strength section (/strength) manages complementary strength work.

Strength Programs

Create or follow a strength training program with phases (like your endurance plan). Each phase contains exercises with sets, reps, weight, and RPE targets. The program page shows your current week and program statistics.

Exercise Library

Browse 404 exercises organized by movement pattern: Push (79), Squat (90), Pull (55), Hinge (20), Core (20), Mobility (16), Glute (10), Carry (9), Plyometric (8), and Other (97). Each exercise includes form cues and links to video demonstrations.

Session Logging

Log each strength session at /strength/[id]:

  • Select exercises from the library or your favorites/recents
  • Enter sets, reps, weight (lbs or kg), and RPE per set
  • Track progressive overload (weight/reps increasing over time)
  • View exercise history to see your progression

Integration with Endurance Training

Strength workouts appear on your calendar alongside endurance workouts. The training plan accounts for strength sessions when calculating total weekly load.
